Anaheim, CA – September 6, 2022 – Luke Hudson with Lee & Associates Orange represented the Buyer and Seller in a deal worth over $7 million. The Seller, Francisco’s Meat Company purchased the parcel about four years prior for $50 per square foot when it was just dirt. They paved the property and constructed a 3,280 SF building on the Southeast Corner of the parcel to accommodate their food commissary business. Following the soaring land values, the ownership opted to take advantage of the market and sell for $139.57 per square foot.

The Buyer, Terreno Realty Corporation was seeking contractor yards in the area and Luke Hudson made the introduction. Terreno was able to keep the multiple tenants onsite avoiding any disruption to the business and secure a long term lease avoiding any vacancy.
