Corona, CA – March 23, 2021 – Luke Hudson of Lee & Associates Orange represented the Buyer, Roembke DMT Properties, LLC in a sale valued at $204.47 SF on a high image freestanding industrial building that is approximately 24,000 SF. The Seller previously used the building for his beverage distribution business and the Buyer is using it for their mold manufacturing business. Roembke DMT was born out of a partnership between Roembke Manufacturing and Design and Diversified Manufacturing Technology.
