Corona, CA—October 21, 2019— Luke Hudson and Ryan Magarian from Lee & Associates Orange represented the Buyer, Metro Truck Body, Inc., in a freestanding industrial building sale in Corona. The building is situated at 240 Citation in Corona and sold for $165 SF, or $4,445,200.00, which was below market value. Metro Truck Body came from Torrance, CA and was looking for a building with a large yard to accommodate the trucks they service. They focused on this building while Luke and Ryan found them a small contractor yard nearby to lease. The building featured a large fenced yard, 400 amps of power, 22’ clear height and approximately 2,278 SF of office space.
