Brea, CA—June 1, 2019—Luke Hudson and Bryan Miller with Lee & Associates Orange represented the Landlord on a 5 year lease at 705 Challenger St., Brea. The 2004 construction is 32,072 SF and features 3,000 SF of single story office space, 24’ clear height, 800 Amps of power, two dock high loading doors and one ground level loading door.

Namsung America is the tenant and the high image building accommodated their warehousing and distribution use. John Son with Lee & Associates represented the Lessee. The building leased for $1.03 SF Gross with annual increases thereafter.
